It all starts in Portugal, with a clear mission: connecting companies with the right tech talent, combining specialised knowledge, technology and a human approach to recruiting.

We grow with people
We strengthen our commitment to closer, more inclusive recruiting, valuing different skills, paths and perspectives in the tech world.
- 2023
ALLRecruiter is born
Our clients challenged us to go beyond tech recruiting. We listened, evolved and created ALLRecruiter, to meet the recruiting needs of other profiles and sectors.
- 2024
Recognised as a Portuguese startup
iTRecruiter is recognised as a Portuguese startup and accepted into Startup Lisboa, marking a new stage in its growth and innovation.
- 2025
New ideas. New AI solutions.
We join the Scaling Up programme in Lisbon and give rise to AiVA, an AI multi-assistant solution, and SYRA, focused on AI for the SAP universe.
- 2026
iTRTech Group is born
The evolution of our companies and technology solutions gives rise to iTRTech Group. What began as tech recruiting becomes a group that brings together different specialisations, companies and AI products, with a common purpose: bringing people, business and technology closer.

iTRecruiter was founded in September 2021 by Rosane Marques, who is also the founder and CEO of iTRTech Group.
iTRecruiter has a physical presence in Portugal and Brazil, with offices in Lisbon and São Paulo, but our work goes beyond borders. We combine recruiting experience, an international talent network and artificial intelligence to connect companies and tech professionals in different markets. Local presence. Global reach. Talent without borders.

Our difference lies in the combination of three factors: specialisation in tech recruiting, artificial intelligence and human experience.
