In FlexHire, you start by collaborating with the professional through iTRecruiter and can move to a direct hire if it makes sense for both sides, under the agreed conditions.

It depends on the service, the complexity of the profile and the seniority of the role. We combine artificial intelligence, specialised search and human assessment to speed up the identification of qualified candidates, without compromising the quality of the selection.

In Hunting you only pay when the professional is actually hired by your company: a success fee calculated on the salary of the position. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee to start the recruitment process.
